Consignment Drop-Off Hours
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Closed Wednesdays & Sundays
- No consignments accepted on preview or auction pickup days

How the Selling Process Works
1. Contact Us
Call, text, email, or stop in to discuss your items and confirm consignment details.
2. Drop Off Your Items
Bring your items during drop-off hours. Our staff will assist with intake.
3. Marketing & Auction
Your items are photographed, listed, and marketed to our established bidder base.
4. Settlement & Payment
Consignors are paid by check approximately two weeks after the auction. Checks are mailed to the address on file or you can come into the office and pick it up - check pick up date(s) will be noted on your consignment agreement.
Commission Rates & Payment
Our commission rates vary based on the type of item being sold:
Titled items, trailers & large equipment: typically 15% flat fee
Miscellaneous items: typically 20%
Minimum commission: $10 per lot

Vehicle Consignment Requirements
To consign a vehicle:
A valid title must accompany the vehicle at drop-off
The VIN must be legible and match the title exactly
ATVs and off-road motorcycles must be titled in the State of Ohio (regardless of year)
Vehicles must have a working battery and be able to start without a jump box
Trailer Consignment Requirements
Non-titled trailers should include either:
A certified weight slip, or
A registration
Weight slips can be obtained from any certified Ohio scale
Trailers must have a serial number for identification
Trailers weighing 4,000 lbs or more require a title in the State of Ohio
