Seller Information

Our commission rate varies based on the sale. Typically for titled items, trailers or large equipment our fees are a flat 15%. Miscellaneous is typically charged 20%. Please call if you'd like to discuss rates. Consignors are paid via check about two weeks after the auction - this check will be mailed to your address on file.  Minimum commission is $10/lot.

Vehicles: A title must accompany a vehicle for it to be placed on the yard to sell. The V.I.N. must be legible and must match the title exactly. Since 1994 ATV’s and off road motor bikes are required to be titled in the State of Ohio, regardless of the year of the unit. **PLEASE NOTE:  If you would like to consign a vehicle, please provide a battery that will allow it to start without a jump box.

Trailers: A certified weight slip or registration must accompany a non-titled trailer to be entered into the auction. A weight slip can be obtained by any certified scale in the state of Ohio. Trailers must have a serial number for identification purposes. Trailers weighing 4000lbs or more require a title in the State of Ohio.
